I'm running Windows XP and the update fails trying to install. When visiting
the Windows Update website and I click the Install button I get this update
to fail. The History also shows a previous attempt that also failed.

Microsoft.NET framework 3.5 service pack1 and .Net
Installation Failure
Error Code: 0x80200010

Any ideas what I can do to install this update?

You receive the error 0x80200010 when you try use the Windows Update Web
site or the Microsoft Update Web site to install updates
