Post subject: oleacc.dll
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>basics (more info?)

Somehow, my oleacc.dll disappered. Window states that Microsoft Office
XP Pro with Front page will not open without that .dll. Many programs
are affected. And, to compound the problem, my computer tech upgraded
me from XP home to XP Pro but did not provide me with the XP Pro disk.
And he is no longer in business.

Any suggestions and/or help would be greatly appreciated.

Run the System File Checker (with the "Scannow" parameter).

Couple of questions.... - 1. Is there a good way to research error log. I find this feature a sad example of MS work. Can not even cut and paste and error information is, well just like a lot of MS stuff, unacceptable. 2. On the start menu, right click, there are different..
