how do I insert a drop down box using 2007

I found the icon from the command list. But when I try to click on it, it
will not let me. I am working in Word, 2007 version. You used to just drag
the new icon to the toolbar but that doesn't seem to work etiher?

To add the command's icon (button) to the QAT, if that's what you're
asking, go tot the Customize QAT panel, select the command in the list
of commands, and click the Add button. Then, using the arrow buttons
at the right, move the button to where you want it to be on the QAT.

If you found the icon on the ribbon, it's even easier -- right-click
on it and choose "Add to QAT."
