I've received a document which includes a character which displays as a
square (unknown character) on screen. The character is in the same font as
the rest of the text (Garamond).

How can I identify what this character is?

Thanks.

Place your cursor directly behind the character and press ALT+X. This will
give you the unicode value of the specific character. You can then use that
value to look up its meaning.
