Depending on the version you're using (it's always a good idea to mention
that) and how you're creating the hyperlink (a good thing to mention also),
in the hyperlink dialog box, there's a button marked "Screen tip".
Click that, enter the text you want to display in place of the URL/filename
and you should be good to go.
