Post subject: need a header on 1st page only and a footer on all pages

I need to create letterhead as a header on Page 1 only, then I need a footer
on all pages (inclusing Page 1) with "Page X of Y" to count all pages.

I have started with a clean page setting up header first and then the footer
but I keep having the footer disappear on Page 1. Suggestions?

When you enable "Different first page," you get a separate First Page
Header/Footer and primary Header/Footer. Create your letterhead in the First
Page Header and your footer in both footers. For more, see
