Post subject: O.E. error; permission denied

Using Windows XP and Outlook Express. When I try to change the font for
email, I receive an Microsoft Internet Explorer error box: an error has
occurred in this dialog. Error: 501 Permission denied.

Can someone explain how to get the font to change to my choice?
