Hi, meyersroman. Sadly, no. Microsoft is moving all free support efforts to Forums. So they never created a newsgroup for Win7. "Discussion groups" really are Usenet newsgroups "in disguise" so that they can be accessed from the web by using a browser (such as Internet Explorer). They still exist, but Microsoft has announced plans to close all of them, starting next week (June 1). The announcements have appeared in these groups several times. The latest was last week, on 5/19/2010, with the Subject: Reminder - Microsoft Responds to the Evolution of Community. A partial quote from that message: <paste> Where Should I go with the Closure of this Newsgroup?
