I am creating and saving a PPT presentation in MSWord on my home PC & want to
put it on a Flash Drive to use with a lap top in another location.

You can save any file to your computer's hard drive (for example to the Windows
Desktop, where it'll be easy to find). Then open the flash drive in Windows
Explorer and drag the file to it from your desktop or wherever you saved it.

As to creating and saving a PPT presentation in MSWord ... can't help you with
that one. The laws of physics prohibit it, I'm pretty sure.

Hi

Did you create a presentation in PowerPoint or did you create a document in
Word? Not that it really matters for the moving to USB stick, but I'm
curious Smile

To move the file to a USB stick, open Windows Explorer (My Computer) -> find
the file -> drag it onto the USB drive letter. It will automatically copy
the file rather than just move it.

If you are still unsure, let us know your Operating System and I'll make you
a wee video.
