After a Continuous section break, I have created 2 columns. Styles have Space
Before and/or After. When I force a column with a column break, the second
column is keeping the Space Before. Please note I have already selected the
compatibility option 'suppress Space Before after a hard page break or column
break'. What am I missing?

The fact that this is a continuous section seems to be the issue. What you
can do is remove the spacing before manually (as direct formatting) from the
paragraph after the column break.

Header space - When I view a page larger than 8.5x11 in print preview, the top 2 inches of the document are missing. It is as if something is covering it up. I have deleted the headers/footers, set margins to minimum but nothing will allow me to print in the top 2..
