Windows cannot open this file, file:nsn5. mailhost.
To open this file Windows needs to know what program created it.
Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select
from a list of programs on your computer.
What do you want to do.
Use the web service to find the appropriate programs.
Select the program from a list.

I cannot get the mail or dowload anything without getting this message.
Please help. All help is appreciated
Thank you

And how do you read mail? Online? With an email program like Outlook
Express? We need more details to give you focused help.

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

Download *what*, Kathy. Programs? Email? Attachments? What browser are you
using? If IE6/7, do you have the same issues with Firefox?
