I'm getting this error whilst trying to install Windows Vista X64 on my
Samsung Spinpoint F1 500GB.

I can't understand why, my other data hard disks are disconnected. I
formatted the disk to begin with, but now, I can neither install the OS
or format it again (with Windows).

Any ideas?
