I just installed a new Windows 7, and found out that the SQMlogger is
enabled. I have not installed any other applications on Windows 7 yet.

WHAT YOU NEED 2 DO IS RE-FORMAT YOUR COMPUTER AND INSTALL OPEN SOURCE
LINUX UBUNTU 10.10 RELEASE TO WEB AND STOP LISTENING 2 VANGUARDLH!
