I am having an issue with the way some of my symbols are displaying. I have
a document with a box symbol. When the document is printed, it is used as a
checkbox. When I view the document on a Win XP SP1 system, the symbol
displays correctly. When I view the document on a Win XP SP2 system, the
symbol displays incorrectly. I just found out that its not just in Word
docs...its even happening in Outlook. I have Office 2003.

Any ideas?

i can't delete anything in my document. - I am unable to delete or backspace to remove any of the charc. in my doc. It just skips over the charc. If i type right now, i'm able to delete what i just typed. I think I must have clicked a type of protection key or something and then saved it. ....
