I found a better answer at:
'Putting Back My Documents in Files Stored on This Computer - TechSpot
Troubleshooting' (http://tinyurl.com/nr5tfx)
They give 2 answers. The first involves changing the registry. I used
the 2nd which is to just move the offending My Documents using the
properties dialogue then restore it to the default. I did this from
within the user account that had the problem.
I had known my problem wasn't caused by a user setting the files to
private because I was the user of all the accounts, both limited and
administrator, and I also double checked.
This problem showed up just 1 day after I created the limited accounts
"TV" and "Data". The one named "Data" had the problem. I use Open
Office Org Base in "Data" but not in "TV". Could it be that Open Office
Org removes the needed registry entry? Does King's son use Open Office
Org while other users don't? I hope someone can figure out why this
happened. My computer doesn't show any virus and again, I had just
created the accounts the day before.
