Message displayed after hitting "Analyze" is: Defragmentation of (CSmile has
been aborted due to inconsistencies that were detected in the file system.
Please run CHKDSK.
I ran chkdsk.exe and I still can't run degrag.
I had run "Driver Genius Professional" 2007 earlier that day. Installed the
new drivers, ran a cleaner to remove unused programs and was then going to do
the defrag. Did I some how corrupt my OS files?

What errors are you getting in Event Viewer?
When you ran chkdsk, did you use the /r or /f switches?
Are you running well otherwise?
