Style of header & footer

Hi

This's a very simple question. How do I change the style of my header &
footer into those with different types of horizontal lines that separate the
header & footer from the main text?

I remember there was a way to choose the different styles for the doc, but I
forgot how to do it.

Word 2003.

You could put the cursor in the header (or footer) paragraph and
choose Borders and Shading, and put the kind of border you want on the
bottom (or top) of the paragraph.
