I don't know of anything quite like this, but there are quite a few slide
library programs available in all price ranges. I'd do a bit of googling for
terms like "slide library" and the like to see what's out there.
This'll help get you started:
Create a slide library (slide repository, slide library, slide management)

You may have trouble finding one that records the audience info you want to
track or the sources of information/images.
With a bit of work in VBA/macros, you could create a way of tagging any shape
(ie, images, text boxes, etc) on a slide with source information, and you
could tag each slide with e.g. audience and date presented fairly easily.
It'd take a good bit more work to make reasonable use of the information once
it's recorded but it could be done.
