Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>general (more info?)

I have windows vista home premium and two users accounts on the pc. Is there
a way for my calendar to be viewed and /or updated by the other user on this
pc? I have outlook 2003 and I know that I can't set up my calendar for
sharing to someone on another pc without going thru an exchange server.
However, I was hoping that because my wife and I were both users on the same
pc that she would be able to have access to my calendar when she was signed
on in her own account.

Also, because I can't share my calendar without going thru an exchange
server I was hoping to be able to export my master calendar that I have on an
older XP desktop and bring in onto my vista laptop. For some reason even
though the export files seems to have all my entries, it only puts some of
the items into my calendar on the vista laptop.

Should'nt you post an Outlook Q to an outlook group, there are several, and
not a Vista group?
Niether Export or Import is the reccommended method of transfering data,
except in specific curcamstances

Why don't you collect a list and use it in situations like this,
rather than just mention such groups??

I've crossposted this to the proper group so that the Outlook experts
will see it.

Trespassing? There is no "private property" in a newsgroup. Besides, not
everyone sees posted messages in real time.
