When I run msconfig and look at the startup tab I have two entries with 5
little squares a space and then 5 more little squares and it says
software\microsoft\windows nt\current versi... This problem keeps coming up
when I start the computer. How can I get rid of these entries?

First off, run msconfig and click on the Startup tab. Move your mouse pointer to
the end of the Location box until it turns into a double headed arrow. Now
double click. This should expand the Location box so you can see the full path
for each entry in that column. Once you know the full path you can run the
registry editor, locate the referenced registry key and delete the suspect
entries.

An alternative would be to run this program from Microsoft.

AutoRuns for Windows v9.21

Once you've downloaded and extracted the files, run autoruns.exe.
On the menu at the top of the window, click on Options.
Click on "Hide Microsoft Entries".
Hit the F5 button on your keyboard to refresh the list.
Click on the Logon tab and search for the suspect entries.
Look for items that reference SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

Good luck
