I am trying to set up my mail merge but when I preview the recepients name is
listed twice such as

Bob & Betty Boop Bob & Betty Boop

Dear Bob & Betty Boop Bob & Betty Boop

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong

It would appear that you've inserted each merge field twice.

mail merge label text won't print as seen on screen - Since upgrading to 2003 after doing a mail merge the sheet of labels generated are visible on the screen but print out blank.
