Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>docmanagement (more info?)

I want to create a master document or or use an existing file or manual as a
master document that is linked to files that are accessed by others for
downloading, etc.
When I need to do updates/changes I want to be able to do this in the Master
document only and have the linked files update automatically.
Is this possible?
