Images Not Showing Up in Word 2007

Somehow the images are not showing up in Word and there now a small dotted
outline on each page. Anyone know how to change this back to the default
setting so images appear and the dotted outline goes away?

Go to Office button > Word Options > Advanced > Show Document Content.
Uncheck the box for "Show picture placeholders" and check the box for "Show
drawings and text boxes on screen".
