I have a PowerPoint presentation that runs with video clips inserted
into it. I have hyperlinks to the clips. The problem is that I need to
burn it to a CD-ROM, and the hyperlinks point back to the C: directory
where they first came from, whiich obviously won't be the same
directly on the CD-ROM. How do I edit the hyperlinks so that they know
where to go on the CD-ROM for the video clips?

Thanks in advance!

DJ

Hi DJ

Package for CD will work for you - the default option is to include linked
files. My (limited) understanding is that the videos will play best if the
correct codecs are installed on the target machine which is why I use PFCPro
to insert videos that I want to play on another machine:

well, put the video and presentation in a same folder and then package
to CD using the feature of PowerPoint "Package for CD", alternatively,
you could transfer your presentation to flash (http://snipurl.com/
ppt2flash) and then the video will be embed to the presentation, this
video will be shown well if you burn the presentation to CD.
