What is HP Cue Status Root

I know this sounds really strange, but I am somewhat OCD. Sometimes,
just out of the blue, this stupid box pops up telling me that my HP
Cue Status Root has stopped working and has to close. When I hit the
OK button, it still keeps working. It doesn't seem to be bothering any
of my programs etc., but it's driving me crazy. What is it and how can
I get it off. I tried uninstalling my printer software (I have two)
and reinstalling it again about 3 times and nothing seems to help.
Hopefully someone out there might be able to give me some info. I
would truly appreciate it. Thanks, Debbie

You could try HP technical support (which I recommend) or this:
