Might be worth a try to download the complete
file to your desktop and then install it.

Flash Player 10.0.12.36

Hello, my name is Kassandra, and like "doctori" I have a problem with my
internet explorer, I tried two of the solutions both of you gave, but I was
unable to do anything. Right now I'm talking through my Firefox page, but I
need to download adobe because that's the only way to download programs.
Firefox doesn't let me dowload anything. And I would like to know why.

anything" is not much to go on.

Did you download the file to your desktop?

What happened when you tried to install it?
