Tried to clean unused icons using the wizard. Interperated the usage of the
tags wrong causing the ones I wanted to remain to be cleanend and those to
stay dissapeare. Cannot re-establish the start situation i.e. return the
lost icons back to desktop. Please any advise.
Thanks
Kalevi

Go to Start> All Programs> right-click on the Program you want a shortcut
for>Send To>Desktop(Creat shortcut)

Some programs like Nero, you have to expand their Menu, until you select the
main part to right-click on.

You might find a folder on the desktop called "unused items", you can drag
then back to the desktop from there.

Thanks
I can see the folder in Win Expl, but the screen view desktop is copltely
empty. only the background image is visible. Any effort to copy or load that
file does not give any results. It just ends into the desktop folder in Win
Expl. Screen remains empty?
