how can i set the date format from 8/30/2009 to August, 2009??
This date is on my subform.

any idea?

mmmm", "yyyy

A Format property of

mmmm, yyyy

should do the job. Dig down (several levels!!) in the online help for custom
date formats; they are very flexible (e.g. m is 8, mm is 08, mmm is Aug, mmmm
is August; there are formats for everything from seconds to years).
