Works well, when Bluetooth transceiver is in front of desktop and memory
stick is behind desktop.

Memory stick is "Kingston 4 GB Data Traveler 100"

Bluetooth transceiver belong to "Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop
7000"-set

It would help if you actually stated what the problem was "Bluetooth
transceiver doesn't like Memory stick" tells us nothing useful.

Vista bloks out memory stick. Is't electromagnetism interference or is't
that they use same "port, address, name" and vista doesn't like it

On my Vista HP 32 bit SP1 desktop I have both a Bluetooth USB dongle and a
USB memory stick without any problems. they are both connected to rear USB
ports.
You need to provide more details on what happens when you try and use them
separately on your system rear ports.
Blocks out does is a meaningless term to me without any supporting details.

Ok, give us useful info rather than goofy terms to describe problems.
what does "bloks" mean? Vista doesn't see the drive, Vista sees it but you
can't read or write to it?

It seems that rear ports are not Hi-Speed-USB-ports

"Put your memory stick away from port where it's now and put it to free port
which support Hi-Speed-USB-devices"

Motherboard manufacturer MSI tell a lie that they are

I am not surprised but I think that the problem may be that the front ports
are shared between a single high speed port connected to the MOBO with a
cable whereas the rear ports are separately directly connected High speed
ports connected directly to the MOBO and therefore also have more power
available to them.
