Toshiba Tecra A9 started blue screening, crash report says it is ethernet
driver
have Intel 82566MM Gigibit
downloaded pro2kxp_v14_0.exe but wizard says must uninstall driver first
before wizard will work
how do I proceed??

hardware>

locate hardware/
driver

then right click on
the driver and
choose uninstall.
