64x to 32x is posible?

Hi all. Im new here. I have Windows Vista 64x as my OS. The problem is
my hardwere and about half of my programs arent compatibile whit 64x
softwere(In 1. time I was think that os ''VISTA'' is guilty but later I
receved messeges about compatibility) So how I can turn my 64x softwere
to 32x softwere, and Is that posible?

Back up your data
then perform a fresh install
